- The only additional cost is 6% state tax, and $50/month per car parking fee to The City of Pompano Beach.
- 1st-floor suites available in either the South Wing (720 sq. ft.) or the North Wing (775 sq. ft.)
- 2nd-floor suites are 800 sq. ft.; however, sizes can be customized.
- Common-area restrooms are available to tenants without private restroom in suite.
