Sands Harbor Resort and Marina employs an average of 60 employees annually in a wide variety of positions, such as:

• front desk clerks
• dock hands
• food servers
• cooks
• bartenders
• maids
• groundskeepers

Many of our staff have been here for over 10-20 years, including our Kitchen Manager, Administrative Manager and Executive Assistant, which says a lot about the quality of working conditions at our lovely resort. (They're great!)

Please keep in mind that in south Florida, our high season is during the winter months of January - April, while our summer months are considered "off season." Summer-only jobs are not readily available.
